Family Registration Certificate means that you are identified with your NADRA record.It provides you a family composition.Please note that Family Registration Certificate is required for using Embassy whereas you cannot use it for any legal purpose. You can apply for (FRC) in the three categories given below.

By Birth - The produced certificate will net your family including Your Parents and Siblings.

By marriage - The details of your wife and children will be listed in the certificate generated. 

By Adoption - The produced certificate will list your family Including the details of your guardian.

Family Registration Certificate will be issued to the applicants who provide their family details Registered with National Database and Registration Authority.If a person is not registered with NADRA and does not have 13 digit ID card number then he is not eligible to apply for FRC.

Categories of FRC  

By Birth  

•  you will be given a token 
• Minor's photograph will be taken 
• Your information will be recorded 
• Your Data Will Be Entered Received by Yourself 
• Your required FRC will be printed and handed over to you. 

By marriage 

In case your children are below 18 years of age, you will have to bring along all the children whose records are to be registered in the FRC.

• Pictures of all your children will be taken 
• Your Data Will Be Entered and Reviewed by Yourself 
• Your Required FRC Will Be Printed and handed over to you.

If your children are 18 years of age or older 

• you will be given a token 
• Your Information Will Be Entered and Reviewed by Yourself 
• Your required FRC will be printed and handed over to you 

By Adoption 

• In case of adopting a child, presence of children is necessary. 
• you will be given a token 
• Photograph of Minors Shall Be Taken 
• The photograph of adopted children will be taken (According to the law of adoption, the age of the child should be less than 21 years.)
• Your data will be entered and reviewed the by yourself
• Your required FRC will be printed and handed over to you

You can apply for NADRA FRC through any of the 2 methods given below

• You can apply for FRC by visiting your nearest Nadra office. The steps to apply for FRC are written below. 

• First you will be given a token 

• After that, when your token number is called, you go to your Respective counter where your photograph will be taken. 

• After that, enter your data. Make sure that the entered data should match the answer already available in NADRA database. 

• After that your FRC will be printed and handed over to you.

• You can apply by visiting NADRA's Pak Identity website.Follow the step by step information given below 

• First Visite NADRA's online portal Park Identity website

• Create an account on the second number and select your relevant category.

•  Thirdly, provide the required details in the online application form for FRC

• Pay the FRC NADRA fee through NADRA’s e-Sahulat franchise or your credit card.

• Finally, you will have to upload your passport size photograph along with the scanned copy of your form once you have submitted your fingerprints on the designated field.

How Long Will it Take From Application Completion to Delivery 

• If you apply by visiting Nadra Registration Center, your family registration certificate will be given in real time. 

• In case of applying online, your family registration certificate will be given through email within 24 hours. 

NADRA Family Registration Certificate Fee Structure 

The fee structure of NADRA FRC depends on the course of time that you choose, so, if you apply on an urgent basis, the fee would be Rs 1000, and for a normal period of FRC acquisition, the fee would be Rs 500.
