Eligibility Criteria
CTW (Computer Telephone Wireless Operator): B.Com/D.Com or DAE (Computer Science) from a registered institution. In addition, the applicant must be computer literate with a typing speed of 30 WPM.
Emergency Medical Technician: Nursing Paramedical Diploma from a registered institute
Rescue Driver: Matric with LTV/HTV licenses
anitary Worker: Literate
Security Guard: Ex-Military Personal with height 5’-8

Furthermore, to ensure further transparency this process has been outsourced to the Pakistan Testing Service (PTS). Rescue 1122 strictly ensures merit and any person not clearing these tests or not fulfilling the criteria is not called for interview. The recruitment process includes:-
application form : Only prescribed application form will be given to the candidates.Only those applications will be accepted who fully meet the required criteria.
If a lot of applications are received for a single job post, then the formula of short listing can also be adopted. Short listing will be done considering the criteria.
written test : All the applicants who have been shortlisted will be called for written test.Only the candidates who score 50% marks in the written test will be called for the next process.
Physical Fitness and Medical Screening : Before being selected for any job in Rescue 1122, one has to undergo physical screening. In the physical, your height, weight and chest are measured. Apart from this, your eyesight is also seen.People whose height is more than 5 feet 6 inches will be preferred.Final selection is done after medical fitness which is given by the medical board.
skill test : Those applying for all technical posts will have to go through a skill test.Only those who score 50% in this test will be able to qualify for the interview. Candidates applying for Telephone Wireless operator and driver will have to give this test.
Psychology Test : Candidates passing the status mentioned above will be required to pass the psychology test.
Interview : After passing all the above mentioned statuses, you will be interviewed through provincial Recruitment Committee.
Training : The final selection of the candidate recommended by the Recruitment Committee is subject to successful completion of training at the Emergency Services Academy or the field depending on the nature of assignment.
