Eligibility Criteria 

  • Educational Qualification 

Minimum graduation is equivalent from local or international university/College/Institution Recognized by the HEC with At least 60% marks are minimum CGPA of 2.5

  • Age

Maximum 26 years as on last date of submission of application 

  • Experience 

Candidates having 1 year experience in the banking field will be given priority.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Outline of main Duties / Responsibilities 

To receive cash from Branch Operations Promotions

record denominations for cashier functions, request for additional cash as and when required till close of business hours.

To provide account services to customers) by receiving deposits and withdrawals in customer accounts to facilitate remittance, and various utility bills collection.

to guarantee proper cash key storage and vault administration in accordance with bank SOP.

To count and sort cash as per SBP directives and match with the details of deposit slip, enter details in the system, credit customer’s account and forward deposit slip beyond assigned limit to Branch Operations Supervisor.

To receive, check & process Funds Transfer and ATM related transactions and their balancing.

In order to process a customer’s request such as a change of currency notes, follow the established protocols and advise the client to get in touch with the appropriate employee if they have any questions.

To always uphold the greatest standards of customer service in order to guarantee zero compliance and timely client handling (TAT)

To prepare the Cash Book, balance and sort the cash, examine the cash before the end of the day using reports supplied by the system, and maintain the relevant documentation.

To post all cash-related transactions in the system and balance the cash vouchers

Informing customers of new services and product promotions

Other Knowledge Competencies

Knowledge of MS Office Applications

This employment will be on a 3 years contract which can be renewed later as per the wish of the management. 

In case of selection, the candidate will have to do minimum 3 years duty at the first place of posting.
