About Punjab Police
Punjab Police is a law enforcement agency of Pakistan. Under its high command Inspector General, it deals with all the cases as per Police Rules 1861 and 2002. This force was created under British rule.And the implementation of protest to enforce the law is going on.In Lahore, there is a Central Police Office (CPO) with several functional sections, including Finance & Welfare, Legal Affairs Division (Legal Branch), Establishment, Operations, Training, Research & Development, and so on.These units answer to their Inspector General through Additional Inspector General.Regional police officers report directly to the Inspector General and have no link with the Central Police Office. Inspector General is also the ex-officiol secretary of the Government of Punjab. The officers and youth of Punjab Police have made Punjab Police proud.

Eligibility Criteria for Constable and Lady Constable
Age limit : 18 years to 22 years,Increase in age limit by 3 years for people of de-excluded areas.
physical standard : Height minimum required is 5 feet 7 inches for male candidates and 5 feet 2 inches For Female Candidates. Chest 33 to 34.5 inches.Concession for De-Excluded Areas.
Male candidates will have to cover the distance of 1.6 Kms in 7 minutes And Ladies Will Have to Cover in 10 Minutes.
Document : It is necessary for the candidates to have Domicile and ID card of their district.And have obtained Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks.
Eligibility Criteria for Driver Constable
Age limit : Between 21 years to 30 years.
Physical standard : The height of male candidates should be minimum 5 feet 7 inches and that of ladies should be 5 feet 2 inches. Chest 33 inches to 34½ inches.
Male candidates will have to cover the distance of 1.6 km in 7 minutes and ladies will have to cover the distance in 10 minutes.
Document : It is necessary for the candidates to have the domicile and ID card of their district. And must have obtained Secondary School Certificate from an approved Education Board with 50% marks.
Eligibility Criteria for Traffic Assistant
Age limit : Between 18 years to 22 years.
Physical standard : The minimum height for male candidates is 5 feet 7 inches and for ladies it is 5 feet 2 inches. Chest 33 inches to 34½ inches. Male candidates will have to cover the distance of 1.6 km in 7 minutes while ladies will have to cover the distance in 10 minutes.
Your vision should be 6/9 with or without glasses and your near vision should not be less than J-1.
Document : It is necessary for the candidates to have Domicile and ID card of their district. And must have obtained Higher Secondary School Certificate ( 2nd division) from a recognized Board.

Attach attested copies of all documents and one passport size photograph
And go to the police line of your district and get it deposited.
The last date for submission of application form is 17 February 2024.
